I got H1B Petition approved and received I-797B notice of action. I will apply for H1B visa stamping at London consulate as I have been living (studying and working) there for last 5 years. I have filled-up my application DS-160 and all my papers are ready for submission for visa stamping.
- My mother had filed PR for me last year. Should I provide the PR receipt number in the DS-160 form (for H1b Visa)?
- Will consulting an attorney for consulate processing help?
