H1B denial

Hi,
A company in california filed for my H1B in the month of july 2004. Recently they informed me that BCIS has denied the application giving the reason that they are not satisfied with the company's credentials. I've the following questions in this regard

1. How good are the chances in case of re-appeal
2. Does this denial reflect on my visa history (can I get some links for this on the uscis site)
3. Will I have to mention a rejection to the embassy if I go for some other visa at a future date.
4. Does it effect adversely for my future applications of visa

thankx in advance

1. How good are the chances in case of re-appeal. Not very good chances2. Does this denial reflect on my visa history (can I get some links for this on the uscis site) Not at all
3. Will I have to mention a rejection to the embassy if I go for some other visa at a future date. (This is not a visa, just approval notice, visa usally issued in your home country US embassy, you never gone there yet)4. Does it effect adversely for my future applications of visa. NO.

Any one can apply your H1 even with out your knowledge in US. So does not matter to you.
