Hello all i just had a basic query regarding H1B company requirements to go Ahead and Sponsor H1B visa's
1) How long does the company have to be in existence before it can qualify to sponsor H1B visas
2) What workforce (people) are needed before it can apply for H1B visas
In short what are the legal requirements for a GC holder / US citizen to set up a company, go ahead and sponsor H1B visas ??
