H1B Chennai. Required documents please. Do they consider me as First time applicant?

Hi all
I have 10+ years experience; I was working in USA on H1B for six years. Right now for the past 4 years I am working here at Chennai for a small co. Now I got a job in US, they are processing my H1B.
At Chennai US consulate apart from H1B/I-129/Degree/preious employers experience letter, they are asking latest pay slip, photographs inside and outside and my managers phone number? It dose not make any sense? In my company at Chennai for security reasons they don’t allow cameras inside. How can I give manager phone number?
Help me. How do I produce these documents? Any experience? Please share with me.

You will be considered as a first time applicant, no pay stub is required, however your previous work exp certificates references may needed.

Photo for your US new comapny may be needed. Do not get panic. First , you go for visa interview, once your H1 get approved,. All others later.

Do you mean i don't have to produce pay stub and bank balance for the Indian company? Looks like they ask this for the guy who did F1 to H1 in US, Am i right?

Your case no need of bank balance. If you have bank balance $2M , Are you going to job in US?Thanks
