I have my H1B visa revalidation in December 2005 along with H4 for my wife. I have one question that I would like to clarify.
Background:
I have been working for company X since 2000. Got my first H1b through them and now going fo revalidatation for second 3 year term at Chennai consulate end of December.
Question:
I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from a US University. I completed my MS in Information Systems (While I was working in H1) in June 2005. During my H1b Visa interview at Chennai is it advisable to mention that I have a MS Degree in the visa form and to the visa officer?
My LC only indicates that the I have a BS degree as at that point (2004, when my second H1 term extension was requested) I had only BS in Electirical Engineering. There is no mention about my MS degree.
Since I have a BS in Electrical Engineering, the consulate may have objections? (due to non-IT)? Please advise if I should mention MS degree in both Visa Forms and also to the consulate.
