if I change employer under H1B (different job title too), how do I determine whether the green card process will get affected or not?
Do you have Copy of the LC? The LC that was filed by employer has your Job duties. Do you remember the job duties that were on LC?
Status of your I-140. Approved or Pending?
I-485 filed or not? if Filed provide the month and year.
I do remember my duties. I have an I-129 and an I-797. What is the LC?

----- I-129 is H1 petition. Don't mix H1 with GC process.
What is the LC?
LC is Labor Certification and that is the First step of GC. Once LC gets approved then I-140 is filed by employer and approved LC is attached with I-140 petition.
Did the employer file LC for you(first step of GC)? if LC is not filed it means your employer has not started the GC process for you.
