I just changed employers and received the approval from USCIS for my H1B and my wife's H4 extension.
The background is:
I have a valid H1B stamp in my passport (valid till 2007) from my previous employer and my wife's H4 stamp in her passport expired in Jan 2004.
I have a Masters degree from US and have been on H1B from past 5 years. I have all W-2's and pay stubs from past couple of years.
Can we both go to Tijuana to get H1B stamp on my passport and H4 stamp on her passport?
Your advice/suggestions are always appreciated..
