Hi Rajeev Ji,
My company completed the H1B petition on 30th June 2025. I have been waiting for 4 months on case updates. I/my company still dont have any correspondence from USCIS and the portal shows case as "Processing". Should I go ahead with a case inquiry in these times of uncertainity around the government and work VISAS in particular? Can it affect the handling of my case or the case decision? Please provide an insight.
