Hello Mr.Khanna,

I have a Question regarding the change in H1B Visa start date after it has been approved under New 2005 Quota.

-- Is it possible to change my start date if the 12000 (new H1B)increase in the Quota(CAP) for 2004 is Approved in near future?

-- Do we need to apply for a nother H1B, if the 2004 H1 Quota is increased and I already get a H1B under 2005 Quota, after April 1st, 2004 ?
