H1B cap exempt to L2 & EAD

I am doing my residency on H1B with cap exempt university hospital which expires on 6/30/07. My spouse is on L1. I can get L2. L2 visa holders are eligible for EAD. How can I change to L2 & EAD before 6/30/07.
