Hi,
I have a question about H1b visa.
I am applying for a H1B visa this april through an employer. I am not
too happy with the pay ofered by this employer, still I am going with
him for now as I dont want to miss this year's cap.( Mine is a cap
subject petition). This employer would be filing a H1 petition for me
on the 1st of April.
I am also in parallel trying to get a better job. Hopefully if I can
get a better job with H1 sponsorship before the H1B cap is reached,
can I cancel the H1 which is in processing ?
In the event that I cant get it cancelled, am I
allowed legally to petition for H1's from 2 different employers
simultaneously? Will each H1 be considered seperately for the cap? I
dont want to un-necessarily block a H1 which could go to another
person.
The current employer has
a 1 year bond from 1st day of employment. Would I be breaching the
contract if I request to cancel his H1 before the start date of
employment?
