My 6 year limit is getting over in August \'02 but INS approved it till Jan \'03.
Although I am eligible for AC21 extension which I am going to apply before my 6 year limit. But my question is if I travel now at the POE they are going to enter Jan \'03 on my I-94 when I return. Is that ok? Or should I have tell at the POE that my H1b 6 year limit is getting over on August \'02? Would this affect my GC? If I tell this at POE would give me trouble at POE? I am going to get married and going to apply H4 for my wife. Which date should I use on the visa application? Jan \'03 or Aug \'02?
