Hi all,
I have a H1B appt in calgary, canada. i am expecting my h1B approval soon.
problem is that i am out of status since sep 5th.
when i apply for the canadian TRV will be there be any problem? the applicatin is asking for current immigration status which is unknown in my case.
when the officers know about this, will they immediately deport me? or will they still allow me to go to canada for my appt?
please advice.
