My wife got h1b approved from her employer ,
now her employer is denying to share documents to go for visa interview.
She also have an option to go on L2 VISA as dependent as am on L1B currently in USA.
Now my question is can she move to USA on L2 as dependent visa and use approved H1B by transferring to other employer later in 1 or 2yrs?
Please help me which is best way to bring her to USA.
