h1b approved but come to USA at latter date

I got the h1b visa approved. But something arise that I can not immediately arrive in usa. So my company agreed for me to come and work at latter date which is 4 month latter. Would that be a problem when I arrive at the immigration? What do you guys think I should do or prepare to avoid any problem?

-----many mix Visa stamp with H1 approval notice from USCIS. did you got H1 Visa stamping from US consulate in your passport?

------------------if you got H1 Visa STAMP and US employer has Job for you after 4 month or you want to join after 4 months then get Latest Job offer letter from US Before you come to US . Show the Letter letter only IF asked at POE.

What do you guys think I should do or prepare to avoid any problem?
