I was on H1b through Company A from Jan 2002, accepted offer from Company B on Mar' 2002. I started working for Company B from Apr' 2002 and received pay slips from Apr' 2002. Company B filed my H1B with receipt date of Apr'2002. But the approval date on I_797 is Jun'2002.
Is it legal that I worked for Company B from Apr'2002?
If so, should I get a experience letter from Apr'2002 or Jun'2002 from Company B?
Also on my latest I-129 petition filed for extension, Company B mentioned that I am working with them from Jun'2002. Will this cause any issues during revalidation.
