H1B application in Juarez, Mexico after Apr. 1, 2002

Hi All,

Does anyone has experience of H1B application in Juarez, Mexico after Apr. 1, 2002?

I have my H1B approval notice, but not H1B stamps on my passport. Because of this, the US consulate in halifax, Canada was not accept my wife's H4 application. I need to go third country for my H1B stamp. I notice that if my visa application is rejected, I will force to go back to my home country because of new rules. I would like to know if anyone did this after Apr. 1, 2002? I really appreciate your help!

check the archives

I have seen people getting h1 extension, f1 to h1 and h4 to h1 (and dependent visas) from mexico. Check the archives/tracker
