H1B Annotation -- Please advice

My H1B Visa stamp is annotated at the bottm:

PARTY IS NOT INTENDING IMMIGRANT, MEET RULES

In the visa application I had answered "yes" on the question if someone has file immigration petition for me. This is because I had an approved I-140 at the time I applied for the visa stamp at the US conulate.

My question is what does the annotation on the visa stamp mean, and would it cause any problems.

write a letter to the consulate and ask what they mean by this annotation, given your disclosure about i140

After your suggestion, I sent an email to the Conular enquiring about the annotation.

They send me an email saying the annotation was a mistake, and that they apologized for it. They are sending me an official letter to take to the BCIS.

I must admit Jaxen, your advice was very valuable. Thank you.
