H1b and Pending "Following to Join" petition

Hi all,

I have recently got h1b approval, yet stamping is not done, also there is one derivative immigrant petition is pending, In which I am following to join derivatives of my fathers I 140 petition.
Is this situation make any problem when I will go for h1b stamping ??
What things do i need to take care in interview in this situation ??

An H1B is a dual intent visa so that it may be granted if you have a pending immigrant petition.

However, since you are over 21, I do not understand how you are a beneficiary of the other petition.
