Can a person on H1B take part time courses that lead to an accredited degree (i.e. M.S. program at some school)? The current H1B is based on prior qualification(s) and is not based on these part time courses that are intended to be taken. Mr. Jim Mills, can you please provide some information on this? I know a lot of people on H1B who attend school part time like this.

It is perfectly legal. Like sotire... says all you have to do is keep your status as it is specified in the LCA.

I filed My H1 Extension at Nebraska centre. Now i got nottice to provide more evidence of Proof. we send the evedence,
Now i track my case status.
bcoz if i called NSC centre AVM say, we need more evidence of proof.
how can i further do enquiry about the case.
