H1B and LLC

hi

I am on H1B and was planning to start a LLC.
Can i start an LLC all alone without the help of a US ciizien or GC holder?
I know that i certainly cant work for that LLC.
Can i sponsor my wife's H1B from the company i start.
I know that Joef had mentioned that I cant sponsor her GC thri the company is start as its not possible to sponspr a relatives GC if u own more than 5% of the company. But can I just do an H1B of a relative from a company i own.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Joe,

One of my friend is here on h1b visa working for US comapny, He has
lots of contacts, so what if he introduce buyers to sellers, Can he
make some commission out the deal, and can this be commission be as
legal and can be reported with IRS for TAX.

if this is not possible then what is the way of doing this, he is Canadian resident too

let say if he does the following,

Open a Company with some GC and his position would be as Board Of director(Chairman,ect) and responsibilites are to direct his CEO(in case GC holder) how to do business(Introduce buyers to sellers) everything is online, in this case is everyhnig legal,

Company would be registered on GC persona who will be the holder of 5% share in the company and board of directory would hold 95% of th shares.

If he goes with this plan will everythnig be okay ?

In What position he can be to be an owner of the company ?

Is there any CPA you like to refer or you do these stuff as well ?
