Right now I am working in a software company in India. I got a job in USA on June, 06 and my USA Company applied for my H1B under premium process on first week of July, 06 and got H1B approval yesterday. But I have to wait until October 2nd, 06 as per current H1B rule.
My present employer wants me to send in USA for Six months under L1B visa. But I am afraid if I apply for L1B visa that will cancel my H1B approval. Is it the right concern?
