H1B and L1A processing at same time

My employer ABC processing both H1B(non-cap) and L1A(blanket) to me. While H1B RFE in process, Can i attend L1A blanket Visa stamping? what is the risk?
 
You can attend as many interviews as you're eligible for. Any CO may view multiple attempts as desperation to get to the US.
