H1b and Health Inusrance

Is an employer who hires H1b workers required to provide
complete medical insurance (medical dental & vision).

My employer removed dental & vision coverage? Is there some thing in h1b rules.. that mandates them to provide these inusrances.

Nothing is specified by USCIS. It is all in the contract. However if the employer retained vision/dental for the owners/other employees but removed it for you then you have a cause for a civil lawsuit..
