H1b and H4 uncoupled

Looks like USCIS has uncoupled H1B and H4. Hence only the years on H1B is going to be counted towards the 6 years. This is good news for spouses who have been on H4 and H1 but still have not utilised the full 6 years on H1b, esp during retrogression.

1st of all , have you even read memo before asking question ?
2nd of all, what do you expect when you did not explain your situation enough ?
