H1B and H4 Extension via premium processing

Hello All,

My "H1-B 3 year status" is expiring soon and my company is planning to apply for its extension via premium processing (without using a lawyer).

I understand that we have to submit i-539 to extend my wife's H4 status. I wanted to know whether it is possible to send in my wife's i-539 application along with my H1-B extension application (in the same packet to the address mentioned in the premium processing (i-907) application?)

Since my company is not hiring any lawyer, any information you can provide will be highly helpful to me.
