HI, I Was in U.S.A. on B1 VISA in March 2006 and Successfully converted my status to h1b and a new i-94 attached,valid till 2009 and after working till dec 2007 i switched my employer and got new i-94 till 2010 after working for him till june 2008 i came to india for stamping and i got 221g-yellow and then green for administrative processing, my question
1) is how much time i have to wait for this to complete and by the meantime can i use my b1/b2 visa for travelling back to USA(as i have changed the status to h1b while staying in u.s.a), is b1/b2(expire date till 2010) still valid to travel or i have to get a new b1/b2 visa.
2) at POE , will they ask me about my h1b visa.
