H1B amendment Vs Additional LCAs, same H1B?

If I am required to work in additional locations not mentioned in currently approved LCA, based on which I have my current H1B, do I have to obtain H1B amendment/ file LCAs with same H1B, even though:

1. all these additional locations belong to the same county wherein I have already got an LCA approved and the H1B based on it?; and,

2. All these loactions are within about 30 mins of drive from the location for which I already have the LCA approved and the current H1B is based?

3.all these locations have the same prevailing wage obviously because they are in the same county.

I would appreciate your response.
