I am on the last few months of my first 3 year run on a H1-B1 visa. I changed jobs in Aug and AC21ed my file to my new employer. My expiry date is Feb 7th 2007. I am very close to being decided on as they just had their last RFE. Will I be ok applying for an extension with a new employer or will this flag a whole line of questioning?
