I returned from US in Jan this year (2005), Am I eligible to apply against new quota ?

Yes, once you stayed out side US 365 days.

thanks for prompt reply, But more specifically, companies are filing H1 agaonst upcoming quota, Am I eligible to file in it, Idea being, the applications will be processed in last quarter and I should be eligible to goback in feb'06?
