Here is what has happened.
My company just had applied for my 8th year extension based on my pending green card cert.Our lawyer requested only one year in extension,but the California center approved it until 2011.Now since my labor itself is pending,I am only eligible for one year extensions.So this is clearly a mistake from their side.My lawyer is suggesting that we submit a request to amend as this might put me in trouble later on.I just wanted to have some advice form here.
