Hi,
My situation is like this:
Labour filed: June 2007
Labour approved: August 2007
H1B 6th Year expired(Including Recapture time) : Dec 31, 2007
H1B 7th Year Extension applied: Dec 15th , 2007
H1B RFE replied and is pending.
(Rfe is for evidence of Labour applied 365 days before, which I don't have. Lawer answered query saying labour approved, 140- pending so, provide extension.)
I-140 applied : Nov 2007
I-140 approved: Aug 2008
Sent 140 approved copy 2 weeks back.
H1B Extension is still pending.
what are my chances of Extension?
