Can Anybody advice me....
Company A filed my labor application in 2000. After rounds and rounds of queries, still in pending. I filed my 7th year extension two weeks ago. 6th year expiring on oct 31st 2005. I got a notice of findings / Intend to deny letter on my labor application few days ago. We are going to answer it but not sure if it will get approved ( 50 - 50 chance).
With all this going, On 2004 oct 25th Company B also filed labor for me, just in case.
Now if labor from company A gets denied and in turn my 7th year application gets rejected, can I file 7th year extension using company B's labor. If so can I work for company A or should I move to company B.
