H1B 7th year and promotion - Please advise

Dear Friends,

I am on my 7th year extension (based on pending labor cert.). I am expecting a promotion soon (Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer). What changes do I need to make to my H1B petition for this promotion ? Will this affect my ability to get future extensions of my H1B ? Will this affect my pending labor cert ?

Just changing the title, or position won't affect H1/LCA/LC, as long as job duty is the same.
If job duty changes, you may want to amend LCA if to be very strict.
