h1b 6yrs complete ?? can I apply for H4

Hi Guys,
Would really appreciate your veiws and knowledge sharing on this.
My H1B is expiring (I completed 6 Yrs) my wife still has H1 for another 2 yrs, can i change my status to H4 and stay in US for another 2 yrs.

---yes, file change of status with form I-539 from H1to H4 BEFORE your H1 status I-94 gets expired.
