H1B 6 years expiring: questions at Port of entry

I have H1B Visa valid upto March 14, 2003.
I plan to go India from Nov 15, 2003 to Dec 26th 2003.
After coming to US, I plan to apply for my 7th year H1B visa revalidation during Jan 2004 because my
green card labour is pending more than 1 year.

My question: When I come back on 12/26/03 at port of entry, will it be problem to come with 77 days valid visa period?
What kind of documents port of Inspector will ask me?

Please help me :confused:

My friends are telling that since I have less than 3 months, port of entry Inspector may ask lot of questions like why I want to go just for 77 days. Do i need to get extra documents like employment verification, assurance from my employer to file my 7th visa extension?

Any one know about any case like this.

Dont think u will have any problems as u have a valid visa stamp. If asked questions at the POE, answer them truthfully.
