H1B - 6 year term

I entered the county on my H1B for the first time on June 1999 . So when does my 6 year term expire ? Is it on June 2005 or May 2005 ?

New H1B after 6 year term

Hi Guys,

I completed my 6 years on H1B on March 23, 2004 and left US for India. Right now I am working here. My question is what is the earliest date I can apply for a fresh H1B ?

Is it October 1, 2003 with a approval for start working on April 1, 2004? Or

I need to wait till April 1, 2004 for filing a fresh H1B ?

Your help in answering my question is highly appreciated.

----------Desi Aadmi count the 6 years from the date you first time ENTRED US on H1B, if you are eligible for 7th year H1 file H1 extension before your I-94 gets expire
