H1B 6 year resetting after F1

Hi,

I came to US on H4 visa in January 2000
I got my H1B in March 2001
I took admission to MS and got my F1 in October 2001
I was on F1 for almost 2.5 years
I got my H1B again in January 2004

How will 6 years on H visa be calculated for me? Does F1 visa in between reset the H1B clock? Will my 6 years be calculated from January 2004?

it is calculated from Jan 2000 excluding the period with F1.

the only thing that can reset a H1 clock is living outside the US for one year.
