I would like to know if a date for receiving H1B applications under 20,000 quota for MS & Ph.D has been released by US immigration service ?
Because there are two versions circulating:
1. That one can file the application starting March 8th.
2. March 8th is the date when the bill becomes a law and that the filing process is yet to be announced.
