H1B-1 Application

I am from Singapore and recently (May 28th) got a full-time position. My OPT expired July 4th, 2006 but my company has applied H1B-1 for me on June 22rd and VSC received my application on June 23rd. I used premium processing and I haven't got a receipt number as VSC said they are backlogged. Currently I can't work for my company and am in the 60 days grace period. What can/should I do?

Best thing to do is asking lawyer if H1B1 quota still remains or not as you are under separate quota.
But regardless of H1, you can not work at this moment.
