Below is my Situation.

I was working with company A and employer transferred me to Company B (new H1 approved on 05/16/05).
I am still paid by Company A. I don't have I94, approval papers from company B. But I know that my new H1 is approved from an email forwarded to me by employer which they received from INS. email contains new I94 number #.

Below is Question.

Now, I have an offer from Company C. which is not related to either Company A or B. Can I do an H1 transfer to Company C from my documents of Company A. ( company A's I94 and approval letter).


Your help and input are greatly appreciated as this is very very urgent matter.

H1 - B1 Question

Below is a Situation.

I have a Valid B1 visa 10 years from company A (presently working with them; travelled once on this visa)and recently I got H1B stamped from a Company B (new H1 approved and stamped on 07/05, but not yet travelled).
Now my company (A) would like to process H1B for me and they also know that I have H1B.

Question.

What is the best solution: H1B transfer from B to A OR apply fresh H1 from my company i.e. A
OR Apply fresh H1 and travell with existing B1 then get visa stamped once fresh h1 approved.
