H1 vs EAD

Hello,

This is an H1 vs EAD issue. My H1 is valid until 12/2005. My wife is on an EAD. Her EAD is valid till 3/2005. I am the primary applicant for the GC.
We are planning to visit India this winter.
My question is: Are there any issues if I travel on an H1 and my wife uses her EAD/AP for the travel.

------- If she used EAD for work then she should use AP to return, If she did not use EAD then she can use valid H4 visa stamp
You can use H1 if you have valid H1 Visa stamp
