H1 visas. How did you guys get it?

Hello there,

I've been following up this forum for quite a while now.

Actually, i have my AOS case under a family member.

But now, i have somebody from my foreign country wich is a renamed doctor, and not family related to me, that's been wondering about getting a H1B job/visa.

How did you guys get yours? Please share your experience.

First of all this year Y 2007 H1 Quota is just over. One can apply H1 for Y 2008 quota starting from April 2007.

If your friend is a medical doctor , he can not get an h1 at all unless he fulfills all the formalities for USMLE.
