H1 VISA with diff employer after using AP from old employer

Hi all,
I would appreciate any input in this matter.

I have my 485 in pending for more than a year applied from Company A. I changed my employer to Company B after applying for 485 from Company A.
I did not make use of AC21 because the new employer (Company B) processed H1 for me. So i shifted to new employer(Company B) with new H1b . And I went on vacation and returned to US on Advance Parole because i did not have H1 VISA stamp in the passport and started working for the new employer (Company B).
Now the confused part is...I am planning to go to Mexico and get H1 VISA stamp in the passport for the new employer (Company B).
If I get new VISA stamp, Can I bring my wife(not in US) on H4 and add her name to my 485 processing?

This is getting very complex...i would thank you for any advice.
And if have any recommendation for any attoney to talk to, please let me know.

I was in somewhat similar situation

I did not change employer though while processing I-485.
I used AP, since I was also not having H1 approval at that point.When I wanted to get H4 for my spouse , was not sure whether consulate will issue H4 without having H1 in my passport.So I visited India , got H1 and H4 and returned back safely.Mine and my spouse's I-485 is also approved now.

Also I think AC21 is applicable in u'r case, even though u have H1 from new employer.As far as I know , AC21 does not specify abt h1 or EAD.

I concur with gime gc. However hawk it is not an accurate statement that you did not exercise AC21. You can use EAD or H1 to change employment while 485 is pending for more than 6 months.
 
Hi Guys,
I got my H1 visa from canada last week. Its very easy over there. Infact i screwed up the matter by telling the officer that i was paroled. So i was asked why i need now H1 visa. and i was asked to wait for 3 hrs which was a very nervous time for me. And after 3 hrs, i was called back and told that i was given H1 visa.
