H1 Visa Transfer

Need Clarification :
I was employed with Company A. I applied to H1 Transfer thru B Sep 7th Got Receipt on 18th Sep. Joined Org. B on Oct. 8th. I just Got my approval on Jan 9th but which says Valid Date from 12th Dec. Will it create Problem? Whatever I know new H1 should have been valid from date application i.e. 7Sep. Let me know
 
Have anyone get H1 approval from VSC whose ND is around Nov 25?

Have anyone gotten a new H1 from VSC whose ND is around Nov 25? Please give some information. Thanks.
