H1 Visa Stamping without Paystubs

Hi,

This is Kumar. I have a question for you related to my visa.

I transferred from F1 to H1 and my H1 is valid starting this october, 2008. I do not have any paystubs as of now and I did not get my stamping done yet.

However, I'm required to travel to NewZealand on Business ( related to my current job) in November. I'm little concerned as I do not have H1 stamping and whether it is risky to travel before I get H1 stamping.

Can you guys give me some advice on what I should be doing.

to enter US you will need H1 visa stamp.
