I keep hearing from people that they have taken their lawyer with them to help them get the multiple entry H1 visa from F1.can anybody tell me more about this or their experiences.I need H1 visa multiple entry stamping and i am afraid to go to mexico or canada(i just got canadian permanent residency) in case i get rejected and i cannot come back. You will be doing a big favor for me if you can throw more light on this matter.can i take any immigration lawyer for this or there are special lawyers for this?.and how helpful is having a lawyer with us?.Is the visa gauranteed?.thanks in advance.

Particular consulates have different system I know that one can take lawyer to US consulate in Bombay and your lawyer can write a letter to US consulate.
I don’t know about Canada or Mexico, better if your lawyer prepare a cover letter and can cite the law that you are eligible for Visa stamp.
I know a recent case a lady on H4 status worked in US and when she went for her next Visa stamp in US consulate in Bombay she was refused Visa stamp her spouse in US who is on H1 hired a US lawyer who is Indian and has also office in Bombay, then Lawyer from Bombay helped her and US lawyer who has branch in Bombay also sent email to US consulate and she got her H4 visa stamped after waiting 2 months in India. The case was handled by NYC lawyer Cyrus Mehta www.curusmehta.com . He has Branch office in Bombay also.
