My H1 revalidation interview appointment is on 3rd September 2004. Will let u know after that. Do you know any possible delays after the new rules came into effect from 07/16/2004. I have never been out of status, my last visa expired more than 1 year ago. It is my first visit to India from USA(I went to US 3 years ago and changed employers twice) I have my current approved H1...

I'm not aware of any possible delay. If you have all your documents, then there shouldn't be any problem.
