H1 Visa stamping in New Delhi - India

Hi Folks,

I have appointment on August in Delhi consulte. I heard small childrens accomponying parents going for visa interview were not allowed in Chennai consulate. We have 4 year old daughter and would like to take her with us to visa interview. Any one had experience in taking a child with them for visa interview in Delhi ?

My friend took his 2 year old son to mumbai consulate last week. He did not face any problem.
 
I took my 3 yr old daughter in Delhi consulate in Dec, 2005. I had no problem.
