Required docs
Hello,
I got Visa stamping recently(5th Jun). My case was H1 re-validation with two H4 stamping. Here are the list of docs.
Mandatory
1.Form DS-156, DS-157, DS-158 are required whether it is H1 --> H1 or F1 --> H1 or H4 --> H4.
2. Banamex receipt for 1100 (Mexican Peso ), no draft only receipt.
3. Original H1 or H4 approval notice with I-129 labor--> include what every in the original application form sent to USCIS.
Optional (if they ask you can show)
1.Recent pay stubs.
2.Last Year W2
3.Experience letters
4Transcripts
They did not looked at my originals, employer information etc.
They did not asked questions related to work exp etc.
Questions:
1.Any plans to go India? Ans: Yes
2.General questions about India traveling time etc..
3.Are you working with same employer? Ans: No, since I have changed my employer.
I did not took Mexican Visa. No need worry too much about this. Please read threads related to Nogales experience in the forum for more info.
Most of the people got their Visa's.
